Use of the parks
Guidance is that parks may be used for exercise, just once a day – for a walk, run or cycle on your own or in two’s with exception of those living in a household together.
You should not travel and only use your local parks if you choose to go out for exercise. You can find your local areas on our map here.
If you feel unwell, we ask that you please do not attend any of our parks and follow the government advice to self-isolate.

Play areas and outdoor gym equipment

Events and activities
All of our events and activities have now been cancelled up to the end of April for both The Parks Trust and Willen Lake and school sessions have been cancelled up to the end of May. We are updating this information on our websites and directly contacting ticket holders and schools by email to notify them. Please visit our websites www.theparkstrust.com and www.willenlake.org.uk for latest updates
All fitness and personal training activity in our parkland is suspended until further notice.
We are working closely with all licensees who are running third party activity in our parkland so that they are also following the latest guidelines.
Our work and our staff
We have cut back on a lot of general landscape maintenance work and tree works while still undertaking more essential maintenance operations and continue to follow latest Government advice about safe working practices.
We have suspended all volunteer activities until further notice. We ask that all of our volunteers, who under normal circumstances do so much to help us look after our parks and the wildlife to be found in the parks, to stay safe and please stay at home.
We will continue to follow latest government advice and will update our statements and website as soon as we know more. In the meantime, please keep safe and stay home.
and stay home.
