Why not book Splash 'n' Play all to yourself?

Splash 'n' Play offers private hire for children up to the age of 13 years.

  • Sessions are priced at £160 for up to 20 children (then £6 per additional child)
  • Sessions last one hour and give you exclusive use of the facility
  • Private hire sessions run from 9.30am - 10.30am at weekends and during school holidays 
  • We can also accommodate private hire at other times midweek in April, May and September.

Frequently asked questions

  • Do I need to book in advance?

    Yes, you need to book all Splash 'n' Play tickets in advance online and then bring your barcode to the kiosk to gain entry. By not selling tickets at the kiosk we can ensure that everyone gets into their session on time. 

  • I'm at Willen Lake now, can I book for later today?

    Yes, you can use a mobile device to book your tickets for sessions later the same day, subject to availability. Bookings can be made right up until the session start time.

  • Are there charges for bringing a baby?

    Charges apply for any child that goes on the splash pad. Babies in arms, that aren't taken onto the pad by their parents/carers, do not require a ticket.

  • What happens if it rains?

    Splash 'n' Play is safe to operate during rain, and as such we will not typically close if it's raining - you'll be getting wet anyway! However, we do have to close during thunderstorms for safety reasons. 

  • Are dogs permitted?

    Unfortunately, dogs are not permitted in Splash 'n' Play under any circumstances. This is due to our strict water hygiene policy. 

  • Can I wear shoes?

    Shoes of any description are not permitted on the pad itself for hygiene reasons.

  • Is the water chlorinated?

    Yes, our water is treated just like a swimming pool to ensure it is safe and enjoyable for everyone. 

  • Do you have changing facilities?

    Yes, we have a limited number of changing rooms available at Splash 'n' Play.

  • When are you open?

    We are typically open every weekend and during school holidays between April and September. View session availability.
