Willen on Ice Competition (Mid-November 2024) 

How to enter:

  1. The promoter of this prize draw is Whitecap Leisure Limited (company number 03979736) whose registered office is at Campbell Park Pavillion, 1300 Silbury Boulevard, Campbell Park, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, MK9 4AD.
  2. All persons entering this prize draw shall be deemed to have accepted the rules set out below. By entering this prize draw all entrants will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these rules and Whitecap Leisure Limited reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude any entry from the prize draw if at any time it has reason to believe that an entrant has breached any of these rules.
  3. The prize draw will run from Tuesday 12th November 2024 to Monday 18th November 2024 at 11.59pm (GMT). Late entries will not be valid.
  4. Entrants must be residents of the UK who are aged 18 or over.
  5. Multiple entries per person will be accepted.
  6. No liability will be accepted by Whitecap Leisure Limited for illegible, incomplete or entries submitted late.
  7. Any entries from individuals who work for Willen Lake or The Parks Trust or any from their friends and relatives will not be accepted.
  8. To enter this prize draw, entrants must complete all three steps below:
    1. Follow @willen_lake on Instagram
    2. Like the competition post
    3. Tag a friends in the comments.
  9. Each tagged friend is an additional entry

Prize:

  1. There will be one winner selected from the prize draw, with the winner being selected randomly.
  2. The prize consists of:
    1. A family pass to Willen on Ice (Two adults and two children)
  3. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and have no cash alternative.
  4. Prizes will be arranged via email.

Selecting the winner:

  1. There will be one winner selected at random from all valid entries.
  2. The winner will be announced across social media on Tuesday 19th November 2024.
  3. The winner will be required to claim their prize by sending a direct message to Willen Lake, providing a valid email address for the prize to be sent to.

Further terms and conditions:

  1. Only valid entries will be accepted.
  2. Any entries which are offensive in any way will be removed and will not be accepted.
  3. Whitecap Leisure Limited reserves the right to cancel this prize draw or alter any of the rules at any stage if deemed necessary or desirable in its opinion.
  4. The entrant agrees that Whitecap Leisure Limited shall have no liability for any losses, distress or inconvenience that any entrant may suffer as a result of such cancellation.
  5. This promotion is in no way endorsed by any of the used social media platforms.
  6. The promoter’s decision is final in respect of all matters to do with this prize draw, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  7. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
